Dr. Courtney Crouse, Psy.D.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. My approach integrates psychodynamic, relational, emotionally focused, and multicultural perspectives, with an emphasis on collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I enjoy working with couples and families to help strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate relational challenges in ways that foster connection and growth.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University and completed my internship at Vail Health Behavioral Health, where I gained experience providing care across a range of clinical settings and presenting concerns. I have worked in community mental health, private practice, and assessment settings. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges.

I believe meaningful change happens when people have a safe space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. In our work together, I aim to foster insight, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, practicing yoga, being outdoors, and going to the gym. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to meet that courage with warmth, authenticity, and genuine care. If you’re interested in learning more about my approach or exploring whether we’re a good fit, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
